Com uma presença assídua no universo da dança contemporânea portuguesa, o trabalho de Clara Andermatt tem revelado ao longo dos anos uma pluridisciplinaridade marcante, radicado na convicção própria da coreógrafa de que o cruzamento de diferentes linguagens,
metodologias e técnicas enriquece o universo da criação contemporânea em geral e a sua linguagem coreográfica em particular.
Para a criação de Silêncio, no âmbito do Festival TEMPS D’IMAGES, Clara Andermatt convidou o cineasta francês F. J. Ossang, atraída pela singularidade do seu trabalho e reconhecendo nele preocupações e abordagens que também lhe estão próximas. Silêncio acentua a vontade de Clara Andermatt aprofundar a relação entre a dança, o som e a imagem, contando igualmente com a participação de Carlos Gomes, Vítor Rua e Peter Michael Dietz.

Clara Andermatt ’s constant presence in the world of contemporary Portuguese dance over many years has revealed a powerful multidisciplinary quality that is based on her conviction that the combination of different languages, methodologies and techniques enriches the world of contemporary creativity in general and her choreographic language in particular. In creating Silence, for the Temps D’Images Festival, Clara Andermatt invited French filmmaker F. J. Ossang to join her as she was drawn to the singular nature of his work, recognising their shared concerns and approaches. This process also benefits from the team work of long-time collaborators such as Carlos Gomes, Vítor Rua and Peter Michael Dietz.
