Touch is such?

How do we see and experience inter-human interaction in a period in which we increasingly contact one another via technology?

Heine Rosdal Avdal, dancer, performer, choreographer and video maker created Box with holes - a performance-installation to be visited by one spectator at a time - in search for an answer to the above question. In his work Avdal often questions how new media and new technologies are and could be used to create new meanings and perceptions of the human body and its surroundings.

In Box with holes he tries to make the spectator go through a physical experience during the performance and see if this can affect perception. Box with holes is at once a venture to explore the relationship between touch and its visualisation and also an intimate and anonymous experience that feels real.


 

Érintés-érzékelés.

Manapság, amikor az emberi érintkezés, a kommunikáció egyre inkább a technológia teremtette virtuális helyszíneken, csatornákon bonyolódik, vajon hogyan érzékeljük lehunyt szemmel az emberi érintést? Hogyan vizualizáljuk, fordítjuk szavak nélkül a képek nyelvére egy sötét szobában?

Heine Rosdal Avdal táncos, performer, koreográfus és videóművész. Munkáiban arra keresi a választ, hogy a legújabb technológiai vívmányok hogyan állíthatók az emberi test és a minket körülvevő valóság újszerű érzékelésének, értelmezésének szolgálatába.

A Box with holes performansz installáció melyben a néző érzékelésének/érzékeinek eltolódását, a megszokott kifeléfigyelés átfordítását -a befelé figyelést és belső érzékelést- a konkrét fizikai élmény és a technológia együttesen éri el.
